Paragon's board combines the drive, intellect and experience of a proven team of Executive Directors with the strategic guidance and governance of it's Non-Executive Directors to deliver it's vison and mission with balance and pace.

Executive Directors
Jeremy Walters
Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy joined the business in 2004, and through his success in a diverse range of commercial roles he was made CEO for Paragon's UK, Ireland & Luxembourg region in 2017. In December 2022, he became CEO of Paragon Group, responsible for the entire operation.
Jeremy leads from the front, with his deeply ingrained customer-first ethos and highly effective people skills delivering a powerful strategic and cultural alignment to growth. Having skilfully built an effective leadership team, he is focused on driving our strategy into new markets and territories as his beliefs in innovation and high performance are shared in every part of Paragon.
Martin Edstrom
Chief Finance Officer
Martin joined the business in 2022 from Royal Mail where he led the Corporate Finance function. He has over 20 years' experience in corporate finance, strategy and M&A.
Martin is fuelling Paragon's growth strategy through effective fundraising, investment and financial planning, aligning with investors that share our vision. He oversees a diverse range of strategic functions, including the execution of our ESG strategy and leading our financial governance approach. Martin is an experienced figure in the leadership team, helping colleagues to think differently about the business and drive effective change to continue Paragon's evolution.
Clem Garvey
Chief Operating Officer
Clem became CEO of our sister company, Paragon ID (PID), in 2018, having previously held senior roles at Ricoh France and Neopost. At PID he delivered a period of strong performance, before becoming COO of Paragon in May 2024.
He has responsibility for operations across our business, as well as leading the Outsourced Services division as its CEO, providing leadership and direction to ensure the company's vision is carried out. In his current role he brings a razor-sharp focus on strategy and exceptional levels of energy, discipline and entrepreneurial flair to our operational execution.
Non-Executive Directors
Patrick Crean
Non-Executive Chairman
Patrick is our Chairman and has been our principal shareholder since 1998. He previously held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer with Adare Group, as well as various positions with Clondalkin Group during the 1980s. Patrick is highly experienced in driving growth, with an emphasis on acquisitions and business transformation.
Pauric Crean
Non-Executive Director
Pauric is Investment Manager at Grenadier Holdings and oversees M&A activities across its investment companies, including Paragon. He joined the business in 2018 and has completed over 30 acquisitions in that time.
Sarah Crean
Non-Executive Director
Sarah is an accomplished finance professional with a wealth of experience in financial analysis, auditing and company secretarial roles. She currently serves as the Group Financial Analyst and Company Secretary at Grenadier Holdings in Dublin, a position she has held since October 2018.
Liam Devane
Non-Executive Director
Liam is Grenadier’s CFO, and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He trained with KPMG Ireland and is an experienced finance leader, bringing extensive knowledge of financial management and capital markets in an international manufacturing environment.
Joe Morgan
Non-Executive Director
Joe has spent his career serving as a CEO or Member of the Board for large public companies and start-ups. He brings a wealth of experience in transformational business environments and has successfully driven value and strategic growth in many industries, including technology and manufacturing.
